Executive Director 

Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will provide overall leadership of the Agency’s activities, programs and operations. Upholding their mission and philosophy, you will work with the Board to establish all of the Agency’s policies, goals and objectives. You will promote St. Leonard’s activities and build strong relationships through regular interaction with the community, business organizations, government and the general public.  

You are a leader in the community social services sector, with 7+ years of managerial, supervisory and financial control experience. A trusted and collaborative leader, you want to champion the success of both your staff and clientele. You are an excellent communicator, and are able to deal tactfully with sensitive issues. Building on your already strong network, you can effectively tell St. Leonard’s story because of your passion for and alignment with their values and principles. Help continue to build the future of St. Leonard’s and the people they serve.
